Coaches' Kitchen

Kasia is a fitness coach, with passion and deep knowledge! Fascinated by human’s body possibilities and flexibility. Enthusiast of body & mind activities. Former Polish and European champion in pole sport, Duets category. Today she works in the industry as a coach, instructor and motivator for thousands of women in Poland.

Andrzej has been involved in sport since early childhood, mainly in running. He graduated from the University of Physical Education in Katowice and postgraduate studies in nutrition and supplementation. He works as a personal coach, helps his clients reduce weight effectively and permanentl. After hours, he cooks a lot!

As a married couple, they jointly develop nutrition projects, Coaches' Kitchen, and Get off the Weight. In both endeavors, they prove that healthy, conscious eating does not have to be boring or monotonous.

The Coaches' Kitchen Diet is a balanced plan dedicated to physical activities enthusiasts, and all those who want to keep fit. Meals are balanced to provide the right amount of energy and nutrients for the efficient work of the musculoskeletal system. Coaches’ Kitchen diet provides also the right amount of protein necessary in active people nutrition. It limits meat consumption, largely based on vegetarian meals.
