The Gym Break diet is a genuine nutrition plan designed for those who want to lose weight or achieve a different goal related to nutrition and achieving their dream sports figure.

We took care of an adequate supply of protein (mainly from vegetables) and other nutrients to optimize the building of muscle mass, accelerate fat burning, increase the body's efficiency and support the process of regeneration.

The basis of the menu is fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grain cereals, legumes and nuts. You won't find wheat or dairy here. In Gym Break diet, we also included eggs, lean meat and the healthiest fish.
